Your appointment We recommended you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment, in order to complete necessary paperwork.
New patients, please review the ‘Patient Information’ pages of your practice for additional details, to get a head start on the paperwork.
ReNovo Waiting Room Hopefully you won’t be waiting long for your appointment, however if that is the case ReNovo offers a comfortable sitting area with magazines, as well as internet WiFi access, and handicap accessible rest rooms. For details, please see a volunteer stationed at the front desk.
Volunteers
Our volunteers are available at the main desk when entering the building, from 8 am – 5 pm, Monday
– Friday. They can assist our patients with wheelchairs, as needed, to help transport patients in
and out of the building, as well as with basic needs, directions, and they will also provide beverages
if requested. Please take time to stop by the main desk and say hello to our volunteers and allow
them to assist you.
